Spiritual Health & Fitness Classes
Going strong with our Fitness Classes at St. Matthew! Both classes are taught by Tina H. Monday night, Holy Fitness is from 6:30-7:30pm and will focus on overall fitness using strength and cardio training. Thursday night Spiritual Fitness is from 6-7:15pm and will combine gentle Yoga movements and meditation to connect mental and physical fitness.
The classes are free. If you feel moved to do so, a free will offering is collected. Please join us for one or both classes in the fellowship hall.
