Latest News at Church:

Grounds Clean-up Evenings: We have scheduled two evenings for cleaning and power-washing the outside of the building, the doors and concrete, and mulching the flower beds. Join us on Wednesday, May 12th at 4pm and bring a garden rake. If you have a power washer and/or a hose that you can bring, it would be greatly appreciated. The second date for grounds clean-up is scheduled for Thursday, May 20th at 4pm. This date will be used to complete anything that was not completed on May 12th and to possibly paint the outside doors of the church. If you need additional details or have questions, please call the office or contact Keith B.

Summer Sunday School is coming!  We will hold 8 weeks of Summer Sunday School in person and outside (weather permitted) in a group setting for our Sunday School children from pre-k to 8th grade starting on June 8th and going every Sunday until August 15th, except July 4th. Our program will start at 9:30am and run until 10:15am. Our children will meet together on the lawn outside the fellowship hall and have an opening song prayer and story time together and then break off into age appropriate groups for the lesson of the day, and then return to a group setting by 10:10am for the closing song and prayer. We are excited to bring our children back together. Parent are invited and encouraged to participate. All children are welcome!

Sunday Services: Services for Sunday, May 2nd will be held in-person at 8:30am and 10:30am in our Sanctuary with a modified traditional service with communion. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

An offering box will be at the entrance of all services for collection of offerings as we are unable to “pass the plate” during service. Thank you and God’s blessing to all!

Our live streaming was a success. We will continue live streaming on Sundays moving forward. We are still in the process of getting new equipment and bringing the system up-to-date so bear with us as we iron out the kinks.

The “Question of the Week” is: Beside David, very few of the kings followed in David’s ways. Which kings followed David? And, where is it recorded in the bible? Hint: All of the kings were from the southern kingdom. Bonus Question: One king was the King is Israel, and another was the king of Judah. Who were these two kings?
